Our Client is looking for an ERP Testing Lead to support their IT Department. They are open to seeing individuals that have supported various ERP platforms. This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the Work Force Management and Telestaff system. This includes designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development and business teams to improve system performance. *Top Skills* 1. Testing Strategy Development: Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Work Force Management and Telestaff modules. 3. Test Case and Script Creation: Building test cases, test scripts, and gathering test data for thorough testing of functionalities. 4. Defect Tracking and Resolution: Managing defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates. 5. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools, and implementing best practices. *Description* Responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of the Work Force Management and Telestaff system. This includes designing, executing, and documenting test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development and business teams to improve system performance. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: * Lead, mentor, and manages a team of selected testing group (Timekeepers, managers/supervisors, end users, super users), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Work Force Management and Telestaff modules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. * Build test cases, test scripts, and gather test data, ensuring thorough testing of all Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing. * Work closely with business analysts, the project manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business needs. * Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates to stakeholders and the project manager. * Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to project manager and project team. * Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders on testing processes, tools, and Work Force Management and Telestaff functionalities. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
