Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Sr Java Full stack Developer an individual with the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices, with Full stack development experience, knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques, and experience with Java, Spring Boot and Angular development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.

* Full stack development experience

* Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques

* Java, Spring Boot and Angular development

* DevOps & Cloud- Apigee, AWS (Rancher/ Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, CI/CD Pipeline

* Technology depth and experience with designing, building, and supporting APIs.

* Passion and ability to coach and mentor junior developers.

* Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help drive the best technical direction and decision making.

* Able to apply experience to recommend the best technical direction for efforts.

* Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.

* Problem solver and out of the box thinker

* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

* Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills

* Thought leadership with strong ability to influence and lead continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

* 6-10 years of experience in Advanced Java and Spring boot.

* Full stack development experience

* Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques

* Java, Spring Boot and Angular development

* DevOps & Cloud- Apigee, AWS (Rancher/ Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, CI/CD Pipeline

The annual salary for this position is between $97,000.00 - 110,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
