DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will lead district lottery representatives to drive ticket sales by recruiting new retailers and identifying opportunities for sales growth within specific geographic areas. You will supervise a team of clerical staff, clerks, and supervisors, ensuring work is properly assigned, reviewed, and in line with regulations and policies. Your responsibilities will also include conducting accessibility surveys and random spot checks at both new and existing retail locations to ensure program compliance. Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing strategies designed to enhance and sustain retailer sales through targeted promotions. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Allentown.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in sales or marketing, including two years of supervisory experience; or
- Four years of experience as a District Lottery Representative (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience as a District Lottery Supervisor (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Any equivalent of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- You must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
Additional Requirements:
- You must reside in Lehigh or Northampton County. (Relocation is not an option.)
- You must abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos, or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
