We are looking for a coordinator that is responsible for coordinating AI training efforts, ensuring proper documentation, and providing support to AI training team. This role involves coordinating training schedules, tracking trainee progress, and maintaining comprehensive records. The coordinator will also handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, preparing space for in person trainings and initial license request triage.
Must be able to go onsite and be Bi Lingual in Portuguese *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate training schedule * Issue training checklists * Provide trainees with pre training material * Track trainee progress * Ensure proper documentation of training * Provide recommendations on training materials, delivery, and instructors * Schedule training with multiple stakeholders globally * Manage and coordinate weekly updates and communications regarding AI literacy and training * Oversee requisitions of goods and services, supporting AI Training needs * Organize and maintain digital records * Review ServiceNow license requests for CoPilot * Manage communication requests per defined schedule *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
