Job Description You will be the Team Lead over multiple Project Managers. You will be a direct line of support and report to the 3rd Party Risk Management Senior Manager, putting structure in place, owning team metrics, leading cross functional data integration, engaging customers, and driving efficiencies. You will work hybrid from either Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop a team project managers focused on ESG campaigns and projects. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Logistics, Sustainability, IT, Quality, Advanced Technology and Business Units. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on ESG supplier strategies and objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify, develop and implement best practices for project-based compliance processes. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization including engage with customer care to improve response time and quality of response for inquiries.
- Technology: Work with internal peers in IT and ISC Strategy on cross functional data integration and standardization activities to ensure outcomes satisfy the needs of our ESG requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on compliance activities, performance metrics, and efficiency opportunities. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards goals, implementing mitigation plans when necessary to remain on track. Prepare and/or vet external reporting documentation as needed for compliance activity.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 20% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Law or equivalent experience preferred. Advanced formal education is desirable in business, law or a technology discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, analytics or project management.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams
- CPIM, CPSM, or PMP similar certification
- Lean / Six Sigma certification desirable.
- Power BI database development and management desirable
