Senior Start-Up Engineer

We are looking for a talented Senior Start-Up Engineer to join our dedicated team at our project site near Lexington, Kentucky.

In this role, you will manage and supervise the installation and start-up of the integrated filling line and other process equipment systems as required.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and start-up, and provide commissioning support for new equipment to ensure it meets design standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring an efficient start-up
• Maintain detailed records of equipment installation and testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, engineering, and construction to ensure seamless equipment integration.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 15+ years of experience in operations, engineering, and/or construction with a focus on start-up and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of equipment design, operation, and control systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lead projects and work under pressure.
