POSITION SUMMARY:

To assist therapists with treatments for pediatric patients in a variety of age groups under the supervision of the therapist. To provide services such as: registration, scheduling, front and back desk support.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience required.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Individual willing to learn and be able to work with pediatric patients. Keyboard Skills. Ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details, changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency. Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to changing patient needs. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with the health-system, pediatric patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to utilize effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. Ability to effective problem-solve.

SCHEDULE:

Varies-

This position requires availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Our center's operating hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Participation in a Saturday rotation across all staff is expected.
