The Center for the Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) in the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Virginia seeks applicants for a part-time Early Childhood Education Content Developer position to join our highly collaborative, early childhood education (ECE) team. The work will focus on developing professional development courses, sessions, and resources to support Virginia leaders and teachers to ensure all young children in Virginia experience high-quality early learning opportunities. Specifically, the work will support the state-wide expansion of the comprehensive, birth-five STREAMin3 curriculum model and ECE Resource Hub through a partnership and funding from the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE).

Position Compensation: $32.00 Hourly This position will remain open until filled. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas. The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment. This is a wage position which is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work in a year.
