What we are looking for Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of HR technology? Join our team as an HRIS Analyst and become an essential part of our mission to enhance and streamline our Human Resources Information Systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources Information Systems. You will be responsible for system administration, reporting, configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR data and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday modules, HR technology, and data analytics, along with the ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams to drive system improvements. You will report to the HR Operations Manager and you can have flexibility of being hybrid (2 days/week in office) in our Long Beach Headquarters. How you can make an impact
Serve as the Workday system administrator, configuring, testing, and maintaining HRIS modules such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, and Benefits.
Qualifications
Pay Range USD $110,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr. Additional Information Please note that our pay ranges are determined by several factors, including relevant experience, internal pay equity, and location.
