As a Results Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing all test result data to clients in an accurate and efficient manner. You will also assist customers by providing customer information and resolving service issues.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- Associate degree with major courses in business administration, social science, or related-field from an accredited college or Associate degree is preferred.
- In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1, meaning one year of college equals one year of
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Customarily has at least one year of demonstrated customer service experience
- Customarily requires two years of demonstrated experience in drug-related programs
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol testing industry, rules, regulations, and company Drug and Alcohol policies
- Knowledge of DOT regulatory compliance for drug and alcohol testing rules and procedures
- Related federal, state and local laws, codes and safety

- The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws, compliance guidelines, and company policies
