Job Details Duration: 6+ months (Initial contract) Location: San Diego, CA 92128 Schedule: 2x on site per week Hybrid Pay Rate: $60-90 per hour (Depending on Experience) Seeking a candidate with implementation experience, (not just project management) Must have hands on IT experience supporting HR needs. Position Overview Be part of the innovation at (company) and influence the future of our HR technology. As a Business Systems Technology Strategist, you will craft the HR technology strategy and implement solutions that drive organizational success, with a strong focus on technical expertise and system architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive mid-range vision and implementation plan for HR technology that aligns with People & Places team's strategy, including talent management, workforce engagement, and process optimization. Analyze current systems and find opportunities to use technology for enhanced efficiency, engagement, and outcomes. Craft and maintain an architecture-level view of HR technology solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with Enterprise IT standards. Identify opportunities to use existing solutions as well as develop novel ones. Work closely with HR and IT leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into solutions. Partner with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall IT infrastructure. Define critical metrics to measure the impact of HR technology initiatives Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in HR technology, IT architecture, or a related field Experience crafting and implementing enterprise-level HR systems Experience driving solutions leveraging advanced technologies and systems Familiarity with HR process and tools and data analytics is highly desirable Strong critical thinking and long-term planning abilities Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Estimated Min Rate: $63.00 Estimated Max Rate: $90.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
