Sr. Data Management/Program Integration Specialist

Abacus Technology is seeking a Data Management/Program Integration Specialist to optimize our operational efficiency by leveraging digital tools and streamlining workflows for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.

Analyze existing program processes, documents, and data sources (e.g., risk registers, program status updates) to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and other automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance data management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage and organize data within Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, including creating and managing lists, libraries, and integrating them with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Advise teams on the effective use of digital tools to improve collaboration, communication, and reporting.
• Train and support staff in adopting new tools and processes.
• Develop and deliver presentations to showcase the benefits of implemented solutions and drive adoption.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies.

5+ years of experience using digital tools for process automation and data management. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Advanced knowledge of other Microsoft collaboration tools. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, including data management, list creation, and integration with Power Platform. Experience with other automation tools and platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Experience with government versions of Microsoft applications is a plus. Familiarity with various data visualization techniques desired. Experience working in a project management environment is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
