Job Summary Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of US technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management (GAM), and Functions within the US.This unique combo role of Business Analyst is accountable to the CUSO IT Intergroup Agreement (IGA) Office on the creation, maintenance, governance, reporting and oversight of US IT IGAs. WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and execution of the US IT IGA Office. The successful candidate will be assisting in managing the US IT IGA Office and advising on IT IGA tracking, and maintenance, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to financials. The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$105,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
