Job Description
ECU Department of Athletics - Operations and Equipment is currently seeking Student Operations and Event Coordinators. Students will help with a variety of duties including setup and working and managing events in multiple facilities on Athletics campus.

Day to day duties will consist of but, not limited to the following:

  • File and organize paperwork
  • Help ensure facilities (Harvey Hall, Towne Bank Tower, and Williams Clark Club Level) maintain in event ready condition. This includes performing daily checks of each space to make sure the facility has been cleaned and set-up properly.
  • Work as an event coordinator for several internal and external events. The event coordinator will work with groups from start to finish of an event making sure the event runs smoothly and creating a successful experience for the guests in our facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Hospitality or Event Management

Student should excel in hospitality, planning, problem solving, and creative thinking to enhance the quality of our events in ECU Athletic Facilities.

Student should be open to working nights and weekends depending on the event schedule.
