  • Collaborate with senior construction leadership to help define job organization needs, including superintendent and project controls requirements.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and local authorities to facilitate timely permitting, inspections, and approvals.

  • Support submittal management: schedule, receive, and review submittals to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.

  • Foster strong working relationships with clients through progress meetings, clear communication, timely reporting, and assistance with change requests.

  • Prepare requisitions and support project invoicing efforts; contribute to positive cash flow by tracking billing and collections.

  • Draft change orders and assist in securing client approvals; issue subcontract and purchase order updates as needed, and maintain accurate budget records.

  • Monitor project progress, safety, and quality in partnership with the Superintendent; support compliance with contract requirements and internal policies.

  • Contribute to the development of junior team members through mentoring and on-the-job training.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus three years minimum in construction management
