Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our growing Field Services HR Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced business professional to join a team focused on our construction and services operations within multiple KES businesses - DEPCOM Power, Optimized Process Designs (OPD), and Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS).

The HR Business Partner will primarily partner with the DEPCOM Power business but will flow to other KES business as needed. This individual will play a pivotal role in the dynamic landscape of our business, driving forward our talent and culture. This opportunity will be exciting for someone who is passionate about PBM, business and people. The ideal candidate is someone who gets energized by forging new relationships and is passionate about building capability in others and is gifted at collaborating in order to advance business initiatives.

DEPCOM Power has a main office location in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will spend its time between this office and our multiple project sites. This role can be remote with expected travel of 50%-75%.

What You Will Do

  • Help lead in the advancement of Principle Based Management.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Advance supervisor capability and reinforce transparency and accountability in the areas of talent, leadership, and culture.
  • Develop, propose, and implement strategies that will improve our talent position.
  • Advance our field operations employee experience.
  • Assess risk related to employment matters and coach leaders in a manner consistent with the company's risk philosophy.
  • Collaborate with others within the HR Capability to identify and promote transformation of how HR services are delivered.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience establishing and maintaining strong strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and employees.
  • Experience leading transformation efforts, driving initiatives that have organizational effectiveness, agility, and innovation.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Experience with data analytics to execute on opportunities.
  • Experience working across multiple locations.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.

For this role, we anticipate paying $105,000- $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
