A Brief Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and solutions-oriented Sales Audit Supervisor to lead and support our Sales Audit team with daily functions, handling escalated or complex issues. They will be responsible for engaging, motivating and developing team members ensuring they have the training and resources to do their job well. This role is critical in stabilizing daily operations, resolving complex reconciliation issues, and creating better processes and procedures for standardization. This position is also a key contributor to the month-end close process and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

  • Oversees the daily operations of the Sales Audit Department, which is responsible for retail store reconciliations. who handles retail store reconciliations. Monitor KPIs, coach team members, and provide ongoing training to drive accountability, accuracy, and efficiency. Proactively allocate workload to meet departmental goals in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.

  • Actively participate in the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations. Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Audit and other corporate departments. Review and audit incoming requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal controls.

  • Handle escalated and complex reconciliation issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to reduce recurring problems and improve audit integrity.

  • Lead cross-training initiatives and mentor team members. Champion the development of standardized procedures and documentation to support long-term team success and system modernization.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required

  • Previous people leadership experience Required

  • Previous accounting experience or knowledge Preferred

  • Knowledge of company revenue and tender systems, bank reconciliations, accounting, sales audit theory

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Oracle experience and experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access

  • Strong ability to solve problems and use critical thinking skills

  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to train and lead teams through change and ambiguity

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments
