About the team

  • Worldpay is seeking individuals with experience working in a high velocity call center environment to join our Inside Sales team. Our team's mission is to increase market share within the SMB business community, and play a key role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

What you'll own (5-6 role responsibilities)

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this full-time position is $20.14 - $33.22 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
