Job Summary: Belden's Materials Development Engineer develops innovative wire and cable materials to meet product solution requirements; supports and implements projects to add features, reduce cost, and/or improve productivity; assists and advises other materials, product, equipment and process engineers on matters relating to materials or processing. This position reports directly to the Materials Engineering Manager based on-site at the Belden Engineering Center in Richmond, IN. You will make an impact in the following ways:

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $74,600 - $112,000plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
