Maintenance Mechanic

The position requires reporting directly to the Plant Manager and adhering to all regulations outlined in the handbook. You will be responsible for maintaining Asset Maintenance Program on a daily and monthly basis to ensure that preventative maintenance is completed. Additionally, you will be tasked with shopping for and ordering parts and tools, as well as repairing equipment and tools based on safety and production priorities. Maintaining a clean and operational parts room is also essential. The role involves creating and fabricating guards, tools, and other equipment that support safety and production. As needed, you may assist off shifts either by phone or in person.

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.

Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.

Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.

Audit daily checks.

Maintain safe work/machine environment

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
