Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) SME to lead the development and refinement of operational TTPs and Concepts of Employment (CONEMP) for advanced autonomous capabilities. This role requires expertise in operational planning, mission execution, and joint force integration.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and refine TTPs and CONEMP to support employment in high-tactical-level warfighting environments.
  • Document major capabilities, operational tasks, and risk assessments for mission execution.
  • Integrate real-world operational challenges into test scenarios, ensuring scalability and applicability to combat environments.
  • Support data visualization efforts to communicate key test findings to senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Provide training and mentorship to test participants on the implementation of new TTPs and operational enhancements.


Qualifications:



  • 9-14 years of experience in operational or tactical-level joint planning.
  • Strong background in joint targeting, maritime operations, and operational-level warfighting concepts.
  • Experience writing Concepts of Employment (CONEMP) and operational-level TTPs.
  • Familiarity with multi-domain ISR, C2 systems, and joint force integration.
