Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Joint / Maritime Operations SME to provide expertise in multi-domain maritime operations, surface warfare, and command and control (C2). This role will focus on analyzing joint force maritime strategies and assessing tactical employment of autonomous systems.

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and refine maritime targeting processes and joint force integration strategies within the test framework.
  • Provide operational insights into fleet-level command and control, joint fires integration, and combat planning.
  • Assess the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend improvements based on real-world joint and coalition operations.
  • Support alignment of test outputs with Joint Force Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and long-range fires initiatives.
  • Collaborate with warfighters and operational units to integrate test findings into joint doctrine and tactical development.


Qualifications:



  • 9-14 years of experience in operational or tactical-level joint planning.
  • Expertise in surface warfare, combat systems C2, and weapons employment.
  • Knowledge of Joint Force design, carrier strike group operations, and adversary A2/AD strategies.
  • Experience working in a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) or Joint Operations Center (JOC).
