Routinely creates and/or leads teams in design, development and implementation of innovative and replicable solutions using modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials and/or programs. Makes recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading large cross department project teams. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, mathematics, a quantitative discipline or related field. Minimum Experience Six (6) years experience in design, development and/or implementing sales/customer solutions to complex business situations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Has advanced analytical skills with business software modeling techniques and database tools and approaches. Ability to plan and work on multiple projects and produce high impact results. Demonstrated ability to lead executive level projects. Advanced interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide executive level presentations. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of sales operations experience with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategy. Expertise in sales performance metrics, KPIs, and data analysis. Advanced experience with sales compensation software. Expert-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros). Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins). Strong business acumen. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: US Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Additional Details: Position will be remote with a desired location in Memphis, TN. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
