The role

Experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, oversee the design and implementation of MDM solutions, and ensure the efficient handling of data through ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • MDM Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • ETL Processes: Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using ALTERYX to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
  • Strong Skills in KAFKA
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and other technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience of 12+ years in MDM and ETL processes, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
  • Proficiency in MDM tools, ETL tools (Alteryx), KAFKA for streaming data, and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $135k-$150k base+ bonus. The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
