The Adobe Partner team is part the Adobe Worldwide Enterprise Field sales organization. Our mission is to help our Partners build and sell category defining applications and services that incorporate Adobe products and help to transform digital experiences and creative production workflows for customers.

We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect that will work with product leaders at our Global System Integrator and Ad Agency partners to architect Generative AI, Customer Experience Management and Content workflow solutions that deliver customer value.

This role plays a crucial role in building world-class solutions and practices across Adobe solution areas, with the GSI partners. By providing deep technical guidance, you will help partners evolve their business solution portfolio using Adobe Digital Experience, Digital Media Enterprise, and Generative AI technologies.

In this role, you will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights, and accelerate the growth of Adobe and Partner technical priorities across Personalized Insights & Engagements, Content Supply Chain, Customer Acquisition, B2B, and Content Creation with Generative AI solution areas. You will work closely with partners to understand their business objectives, technical requirements and guide them through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and helping to build offerings that help their customers move from legacy systems to modern applications, ensuring that their solutions are optimized for value, performance and cost-efficiency.

By using your skills in technical leadership, cloud computing, software development, SaaS applications, problem solving and systems architecture, you will drive business impact by assisting with the integration of Adobe products into the digital experience transformation solutions of our partners, driving innovation through the effective use of Adobe's applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital marketing background with a good eye for proof of concept development, presentation and compelling demonstrations.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home and requires you to travel to visit partners and customers on-site 25-50% of the time.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability in crafting and deploying solutions, particularly in the Customer Experience and AI areas.
  • Proven experience working in a customer and partner facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
  • Significant experience leading technical projects
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and integrating with third-party solutions across multi-cloud environments.
  • Significant experience in software vendor or technical sales or services, preferably selling and leading Mar-tech solutions with strong ability to explain the use of these solutions for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies of data, channel, and contents.
  • Technical experience in developing and driving customer experience transformation strategies and roadmaps. Awareness of industry best practices and the latest trends in customer experience management.
  • Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong standout colleague.
  • Great communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, OR equivalent experience

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,000 -- $226,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
