In this role, you'll lead the Frontend Design (FED) team, which equips engineers and designers with the tools, libraries, and training needed to build seamless client applications within Workiva. The team's core product, Unify, extends Material UI to provide React-based UI components for developers, Figma resources for designers, and a comprehensive documentation site for both. Success in this role depends on strong customer support, strategic prioritization, and close collaboration with UX and key stakeholders. You'll also drive adoption of Unify, enhance engagement with product teams, and improve designer-developer collaboration. As part of the Frontend Frameworks pillar, this team plays a key role in shaping Workiva's frontend technology vision. Your leadership will ensure scalability and adaptability in our web applications while enhancing global user experiences. You'll work closely with product and design teams to implement impactful improvements, all while managing the growth and development of FED team members. What You'll Do:

How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
