The Global Programs Director is responsible for overseeing and managing global initiatives across multiple regions and service lines. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in program management, cross-cultural communication, and global operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive global consistency and shape global initiatives for a forward-thinking organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for fostering cross-cultural collaboration and achieving results on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for global programs aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage a portfolio of global projects and initiatives across various countries, cultures and service lines
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients globally
  • Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards in program execution
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Identify opportunities for program expansion
  • Collaborate with other service lines to align global programs with overall organizational strategy Represent the organization at high-level meetings
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years in real estate and facilities environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work well in a demanding environment

Estimated total compensation for this position:

105,400.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
