Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and the UNT Retiree Association through a deep understanding of program function and specialization. This position is responsible for multiple tasks within the programs such as, but not limited to, interactions with all levels of stakeholders, creates and distributes program reports, community outreach, writing program/project related documents and providing high-level customer experiences through phone, email, in-person or in the classroom settings.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Ability to provide leadership for student employees and volunteers.
  • Experience in networking across departments and programs.
  • Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects.

  • Experience working with adults 50+
  • Experience working with AV Equipment
  • Experience working with Campus CE
  • Experience working with Qualtrics
  • Experience working with Omni CMS
    Experience working with MailChimp


Job Duties:



  • Provides excellent customer service for all OLLI and UNTRA members as well a variety of stakeholders.
  • Oversees all OLLI classes held at the UNT location. Supervises student employee who serves as classroom host. Acts as host when needed.
  • Responsible for the management of administrative operations for Lifelong Learning and Community Engagement (OLLI at UNT and UNTRA). Coordinates efforts of member volunteers to support certain projects and tasks.


Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Typical 40-hour work week with possible flex-time schedule
