(this is a remote position) Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of (5) vendor management professionals to support adherence to standard processes and controls, providing oversight and guidance to maintain effective governance throughout the organization
- Oversee the management of the teams' 3rd party vendors to drive a high level of service output by reviewing and analyzing their KPIs and SLAs defined in the scope of work (SOW)
- Provide termination recommendations for contracts with vendors not meeting contract requirements.
- Ensure the team is following Vendor Management COE guidelines and properly tracking all documentation between the company and vendors
- Resolve vendor escalations quickly and efficiently, managing the team to ensure vendors are put on action plans where necessary to improve performance.
- Collaborate with FM, Business Intelligence, and other Center of Excellence teams to develop routines that align with platform, region, account, and/or client goals and objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of new tools to enhance service delivery and address ad hoc client requests.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively contributing to the development of best practices, process re-engineering, and other initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
- Understand operations on the account for all IFM Vendors under VM COE management
- Full understanding of SLAs associated with recurring services and ensure proper reporting tools are in place for the team to effectively manage the business.
- Monitor and ensure vendor contract terms and conditions adherence, as well as invoice compliance per bank audit requirements.
- Manage program to ensure vendor performance is being assessed and feedback is presented via Scorecards, Business Intelligence, QBRs, Townhalls, and Performance Improvement Action Plans
- Lead and inspire your team to execute day-to-day routines with excellence and prioritize delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory Responsibilities a plus
