*Description*
1.Continuous efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts. High volume call center 60+ calls a day. 2.Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with debtor has been made, and follow up on payment arrangements. 3.Follow up on all accounts until the account is paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management. 4.Perform all phases of skip tracing work 5.Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts worked through policies and procedures as set forth by the company. 6.Adhere to and abide by all regulations as set forth by the FDCPA. *Skills* customer service, Microsoft office, collections accounts receivable, collections customer service, Collections, call center, accounts receivable, FDCPA, skip tracing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* If a candidate has no collections experience they MUST have some sort of customer service experience. Customer Service - Required Collections - Preferred Articulates self well - able to relay information in a concise and direct fashion To be eligible for a higher starting rate candidates MUST have commercial collections experience and will be considered on a case by case basis. No candidates should be put through the process without prior approval for a higher pay rate. Below is a list of what our client collects on within all their separate departments. If a Candidate has experience within one of these collections field they would be ahead of the curve and most likely qualify for high pay rate. Lines of Business - Student Loan Credit / Retail Card - DDA / Overdraft Consumer Loans - Business Loan / Card, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) - Fintech, Negative Balance - Merchant Cash Advance - Title Loans - Government - Auto Deficiency/End of Lease *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
