Job Description:

As an Intern on the Learning Engagement team, you will work with the team to help create eLearnings for the departments within Service Operations. Additionally, you will integrate eLearning tools to maximize training effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.

Qualifications:

Required:
Entering sophomore year of college or above
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong Teamwork
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to learn new things
