HSB's Summer Internship Program provides a well-rounded, engaging and enjoyable experience. The 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from May 19 - August 1.

Process Documentation and Analysis Job Summary: The goal of this internship will be to clean up and create new process documentation for key segments of our Operations. This will involve interviewing various department SMEs, creating workflows in our process mapping tool ADONIS, and establishing controls for how that documentation will be maintained. This opportunity will be a crucial player in creating a stronger foundation for Business Process Management and Improvement.

Qualifications:

• Be an incoming junior and senior
• Have an intense attention to detail and curiousity to learn about unfamiliar subjects
• Have a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Experience with a process mapping tool (e.g. Visio, Miro, etc.) is a plus
