About the Opportunity: The Service and Strategic Growth Manager - Americas plays a pivotal role in leading the development, execution and optimization of sales strategies for service offerings across North and South America. This position focuses on fostering a high-performance sales culture and empowering the team to deliver exceptional results by leveraging data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and customer centric solutions. The role requires close alignment with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Service, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and optimize service delivery processes. The Service and Strategic Growth Manager - Americas will also work collaboratively with OEM partners and third-party channels to expand market reach and create sustainable revenue growth. About the Candidate: We are looking for a highly driven professional with 7+ years of progressives sales experience in the scientific instrument or services industry. You should have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams, preferably in service sales, with an expertise in customer engagement and retention strategies. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional international travel. This is a hybrid position based out of the Concord, MA office location. Additional Qualifications:
