INVISTA is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Transformation Lead. This role will be based out of our Chemical site in Houston, TX. The selected individual is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory within our warehouse and tool room. The Warehouse Transformation Lead will collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This position works a 4/10 schedule.
What You Will Do * Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory * Collaborate to transform the warehouse receiving process to maximize workflow * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment * Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently * Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and eliminate waste * Partner to transform our VMI inventory and build strong partnerships with our vendors * Maintain tools and equipment in the tool room * Lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs) as business needs permit * Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management skills * Utilize computer technology and related software for inventory tracking and order processing * Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to upholding our company vision, Principle Based Management (PBM) culture and values to contribute to a positive work environment [1] Principle Based Management * Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * High School diploma, equivalent, or higher * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting * MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) What Will Put You Ahead * Warehouse experience * Power BI experience * Chemical/Petrochemical experience * Supervisory / leadership experience What We Offer * Competitive compensation based on your total contribution * Opportunities for career growth and development * A supportive and inclusive workplace culture * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holiday pay At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
