About Ameren Missouri Ameren Missouri has been providing electric and gas service for more than 100 years, and our electric rates are among the lowest in the nation. Ameren Missouri's mission is to power the quality of life for our 1.2 million electric and 132,000 natural gas customers in central and eastern Missouri. Our service area covers 64 counties and more than 500 communities including the greater St. Louis area. About The Position The Emergency Response Specialist is responsible for the continuing and on-going growth and maturation of the Ameren emergency response initiative and the Emergency Response Plan in a manner that meets the directional and operational needs of Ameren, meets or exceeds the reasonable expectations of external stakeholders, and positions Ameren to be a performance leader in the area of emergency response. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Ability to successfully manage and direct teams / individuals in an organizational support role preferred; Understanding of / experience with utility operations preferred; Thorough understanding of the concept of the Incident Command Structure preferred; Thorough proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio); and the following Ameren competencies: Think Customer, Inspire and Engage, Foster Innovation, Drive Results, Champion Learning, Build Trust, and Be Strategic. Additional InformationAmeren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. *Hybrid role with 3 days in office, 2 remote* *Senior Emergency Response Specialist level available* *Role level is commensurate with level of experience of the successful candidate* Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $133,900.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
