Job Summary:

Highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our meal service sites. The Site Manager will collaborate with community members, local organizations, site team members, volunteers, and clients for successful meal service and onsite social activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Community Relations, or related field and/or years of experience, which can include lived experience that is applicable to the job and performance.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, with a focus on planning, coordination, recruitment, and retention efforts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer applications for inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Compassionate and empathetic toward seniors, with a commitment to promoting their health and well-being through nutritious meals.
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable and drive for results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
