Genesis10 is currently seeking a Wholesale Project Lead/Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Serve as the lead Business Analyst and Project Driver for an internal application used across Operations Create partnerships across the business, specifically with technology and business units, to ensure seamless project execution Lead complex initiatives across a broad user population, managing communication, execution, and strategic alignment Develop executive-level presentations and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Apply Agile methodology to structure project delivery effectively Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, military, or education Proven track record in project delivery and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to executive leadership Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analytics and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to develop executive-level presentations Experience with Agile methodologies and project management best practices Pay Range: $72-82 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
