Outage Outcome Leader - Outage Management COE (Center of Excellence) Your Job Georgia-Pacific is seeking a qualified professional to be the Outage Outcome Leader within the corporate outage management group supporting pulp and paper manufacturing facilities across the U.S. The Outage Outcome Leader (OOL) will work with and support manufacturing facility teams in successful preparation and execution of $10 to $70 million annual asset outage events. The OOL will provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to the mill teams using an outage T-minus management methodology and associated tools as a roadmap. The vision is to discover and use methods, tools, and knowledge to close gaps in asset strategies and reliability for optimum safety, uptime, production and operating cost in mill operations. The OOL will be a significant contributor helping manufacturing teams across operations improve performance in the short-term, while building sustainable outage management capability for the longer term. For this role, we anticipate paying $150k-$200k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
