procedures and related controls - all with the goal of improving the risk situation across the Daimler Truck Group.

Position offers an annual salary of $135,945.00.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • The Internal Audit Manager, Finance, will lead audit teams to provide independent reviews and evaluations of complex business procedures and related controls - all with the goal of improving the risk situation across the Daimler Truck Group. Propose, plan and lead highly complex internal audit projects for Daimler Truck Holding AG and Daimler Truck AG with a focus on the US/CAN/MEX. Manage audit project staff, budget and timelines. Communicate with relevant management, including top management, concerning strategic alignment of audit activities, audit plans and audit results, including measures to be taken to mitigate identified risks. Lead small and interdisciplinary audit teams to review and evaluate economic efficiency, security, transparency, compliance, safeguarding of assets, correctness of reporting as well as implementation of guidelines and strategies within the company. Provide proposals for the further development of work programs and audit tools within Corporate Audit (CA). Maintain professional expertise and provide proposals for the further development of work programs and audit tools within Corporate Audit.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or the foreign equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant finance experience in the job offered or related.
  • Experience must include: 3 years of leadership experience; and experience with internal audits.

This position is not eligible for relocation support.
