The Director of Operations serves as one of the senior members of the Admissions staff for the Two-Year Residential MBA program at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management; they report directly to the Executive Director of Admissions & Scholarship. The Director of Operations directs and is accountable for all operational activities within the Office of Admissions including application processing, candidate evaluation and notification, as well as process, systems, and events management. They will lead the efforts to align admissions recruiting activity with all operating functions for the team to include management and supervision of the Residential Admissions Operations Team, consisting of 5-6 full-time professional staff. The Director of Operations also works collaboratively with other MBA programs team members and departments within the Johnson school, the College of Business, and the Cornell Tech campus to ensure seamless delivery of the school's mission as well as successful attainment of the residential admissions enrollment objectives.
