The Major Markets Growth Leader is responsible for the maintenance and growth of key markets in PSBU through market and client strategy development. In this role, you will play a lead role in formulating and executing sales strategy and will be a key member of the BU and Strategic Growth Area Leadership teams. Key engagements will include Mining, Oil and Gas, and Power Markets, as well as a leadership role in the PowerTech Strategic Growth Area. The primary function of this role is to partner with the Market Area Directors, BU Growth Leader, Area Growth Leaders, Practice Leaders, and the Area Marketing Managers to grow and maintain a thriving, profitable business. You will advance a client-focused sales culture while serving as a model for sales leadership. You will report to the BU Growth Director and work in close partnership with the Market Area Directors, Local Leaders, and the Area Marketing Managers. The successful candidate will be an experienced civil/environmental industry leader and will demonstrate in-depth understanding of how to analyze and capture market conditions and opportunities. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future. Location A: $167,000 - $250,000 Location B: $183,000 - $275,000 Location C: $200,000 - $301,000 You can view which BC location applies to you here.
