Description
The salary range for this position is $68,400 to $72,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Summary The Benefits Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and administering company benefits. This requires accurate enrollment, addressing employee inquiries and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This includes being the primary point of contact for employees regarding their benefits. Key Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience. Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in benefit administration. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Physical Demands Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds. Work Environment Clean, temperature-controlled environment. The noise level is low.
