Serve as a software development expert for complex cloud native products, including the agency's Multi-Cloud Tracker Tool (MCTT).
• Provide high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation.
• Provide in-depth technical and/or management knowledge and analysis of specialized IT subject areas, including, but not limited to, systems and software, hardware, protocols, processes, networks, applications, security, testing, and customer support.
• Participate, as needed, in all phases of the systems lifecycle, with emphasis on one or more of the following activities: planning, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, support, documentation, quality control, and risk management.
• Provide technical guidance on implementing microservices, containers and container orchestration, using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

Special Skills:

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT systems/cloud development and sustainment for the Federal government, including inter-connected IT system transitions, modernizations, acquisitions, and transformations
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in roles such as software engineering, development and sustainment, IT modernization, or IT project management are essential

Experience:

• 10+ years experience delivering DoD or Intelligence Community cloud systems
• 1+ year of experience in implementing AI/Gen AI engagement at DoD or other Government agencies

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Masters degree preferred, but not required

Certifications Required:

• Azure Fundamentals Cert
• AI Cert
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Clearance:

• DoD Top Secret prior to start of work
