As the only psychiatric emergency program in Suffolk County, our ED/CPEP offers state-of-the-art care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric distress. The Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor will work as an Attending Psychiatrist, responsible for the psychiatric evaluation and management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department (ED) and CPEP at Stony Brook University Hospital. Schedule/Salary: This is a full-time position consisting of shifts totaling 40 hours per week. You will also provide cross-coverage as necessary. Salary starts at $308,000 dependent upon years of experience and credentials.
