Recently awarded among Arizona's Most Admired Companies in 2023 by AZ Big Media Seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with the FQ clinics justice involved patient population to improve engagement in treatment and encourage positive outcomes. Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week Additional Language Differential Pay Available Full Benefits Package, including 401K Pay starting at $15.50/hour DOE The Forensic Peer Support Specialist shares their own experience and connects with justice involved patients to help patients navigate the justice system, promote recovery community engagement, and bridge any gaps in patients care. Forensic Peer Support Specialist works with individuals experiencing a substance use and/or mental health concern that are involved in the TIP justice program as an added support to their clinical team and acts as a support for coordination with probation and court system.
