Apply Keck School of Medicine San Diego, California Location: San Diego, CA The USC Keck School of Medicine - Alzheimer Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), located in San Diego, California is an academic institute comprised of an expert panel of scientific collaborators committed to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's Disease (AD) through innovative clinical trials. ATRI is looking for an administrative assistant who will provide administrative support to senior management and staff as well as front desk support. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-orientated individual with a strong work ethic to contribute to ATRI's overall efficiency and productivity. Job duties include but are not limited to:
The administrative assistant will be required to independently analyze, organize and prioritize daily support activities as well as review, evaluate and rank all requests and communications to senior management. Using tact, organizational skills, flexibility, and discretion, participate in special projects as assigned and ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the day-to-day activities of the Institute. The hourly rate range for this position is $22.29 - $28.06.
