Selling Sales Manager

First year potential total compensation is $100,000.00.

Base Salary Range: $52K to $68K, depending on experience.



  • First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, team commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $100,000 (approximate)
  • Additional earning opportunities are uncapped; the overachievement opportunity has an accelerator.
  • Additional manufacturer incentive programs are also available.


Summary: Toshiba America Business Solutions' Sales Managers support the development of business-to-business sales professionals responsible for selling Toshiba's full line of office solutions with a focus on Wide Format.

Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for developing individual and sales team revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota.
  • Lead, motivate, and counsel the sales team, to meet or exceed budgeted sales revenue, gross profit, unit placement, expense, and equipment contributions projections while maintaining teamwork and the highest level of customer service.
  • Ensure reports support strategic account planning with key customer accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and assist the team in delivering a high level of client care.
  • Participate in fiscal year business planning and measures the success of cross-business line sales.
  • Identify problem areas and advise executive management of potential solutions to mitigate problems.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 4+ years of successful sales experience demonstrating leadership ability.
  • Experience being a strategic member of the sales management team who contributes significantly to the growth and development of the business.
  • Strong personal leadership skills, including planning, goal-setting, resource allocation, negotiation, team management techniques, and group problem-solving.
  • Proven success in selling digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products that copy, print, and fax, and scan.
  • Valid Driver's License.
