February 4th, 2025 from 10am-2pm we are having a hiring event at our factory located at 401 W North Avenue in Little Chute.

Position Snapshot:

$1000.00 Retention Bonusfor general laborers for production and bakery on our 1st and 3rd shift teams!

  • 3rd shift is from 5:40pm-5:50am
  • Starting rate of pay $21.12per hour,
  • 3rd shift receives $1.50 shift premium
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Monday - Thursdayschedule
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package after 30 days of employment

Retention bonus is paid out $500.00 at 4 months and $500.00 at 8 months

Position Summary:Production and bakery laborers are entry level positions capable of operating departmental equipment necessary in production, packaging, and bakeries, producing quality pizzas, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. There is opportunity for advancement in the first 12 months for machine operator level positions both as main roles and back up roles.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment
  • Basic English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Must be able to work in cold and hot environments
