How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:
Prepares, negotiates, and reviews various company contracts and agreements for all non-labor categories. Identifies potential risks to the organization, analyzes contracts, aiming to reduce cost and maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with governmental bodies.
- Monitors contracts for purchase/sale of equipment, materials, products, or services and ensures full execution of contracts are within company guidelines.
- Reviews, prepares, and negotiates agreements with customers, vendors, subcontractors including drafting and redlining documents.
- Manages internal customer and vendor relationships to ensure successful contract implementation and operational effectiveness.
- Partners with Materials Management's senior staff including but not limited to Site Leaders, Directors, and the Vice Presidents.
- Works as a liaison between internal departments, including but not limited to, Legal to resolve contractual issues.
- Collaborates with internal and external legal department(s) and business personnel for contractual changes requested and/or contract interpretation.
- Handles a wide variety of confidential and time sensitive matters and must be able to keep matters confidential.
- Resolves contract problems and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
What We Require:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or health administration. 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience: Minimum of two years related experience that demonstrates:
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Proficiency in PC and mainframe-based applications * Detail orientated.
- Understands contract management and compliance requirements.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective management skills including time management, communications, human relations, presentation, and organizational skills. Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to conduct in-depth product presentations in a variety of settings. Administratively self-sufficient.
