Job Objective:
The Analyst is responsible for designing, developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support business decisions. They will be responsible for PowerBI dashboard creation, maintenance, and reporting including Measurement Based Care, State Reporting and Behavioral Healthcare outcomes. The Analyst will support cross-functional stakeholders deliver actionable insights through database development, data visualization, reporting and analysis, via wide range of data technologies and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, behavioral healthcare data, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful information.

Salary: $95k - $103k annually

* Clinical Data Analytics Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyze and interpret clinical data using Power BI and/or statistical software and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform clinical decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational strategy.
* Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures needed to create and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations using PowerBI.
* Produce ad-hoc reports as requested
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
* Responsible for regulatory, State, contractual and grant reporting

BI Solution Development:
* Work independently with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new BI solutions and enhancements
* Design and implement data models, databases, and data warehouses to support reporting and analytics needs
* Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across BI solutions
* Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in clinical data analysis and data visualization and apply this knowledge to continually improve our organization's practices and processes.
* Responsible for regulatory, State, contractual and grant reporting

Project Management:
* Lead and manage new BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI initiatives with business goals
* Support Committees by creating and presenting meaningful dashboard

Training and Support:
* Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions
* Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, standards, and best practices.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
* Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures
* Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines
* Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, or another related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business intelligence or data analyst, developer or similar role

Required Skills and Knowledge:
* 5 years proven experience developing with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView)
* 5 years experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) including database development
* 5 years experience working with healthcare data
* 3 years experience leading and managing new BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
